We are keeping this simple. There are many elements to an intentional, awesome, abundant day. Here are a few to start being with every day:
- Start with gratitude
- Be Curios versus stressed about whatever comes your way
- Add patience and kindness – for yourself, too
- Move more slowly
- Move with intention
- Smile. Laugh. Invite fun. [this looks like 3, but they work together. try it]
- Remember to breathe
Want to take it up a notch?
- Make all 7 part of your daily practice
- Better yet, go for mastery. Practice one each day. All day long. It will become natural. Part of your Being.
